H.B. Stamps, Surgoinsville, and Church Hill Libraries all have separate Summer Reading programs! You can see each of their schedules below. The only branch that offers pre-registration is Surgoinsville Public Library--You can register as early as May 1st. Otherwise, you can register the day of the event!
